Using a frying pan: pour enough cooking oil that will cover the product and heat to a temperature of 170° C. Submerge the frozen Ascolana stuffed olives and cook on medium heat for approximately six minutes, turning them often until a perfect golden colour. Allow them to rest for one minute covered in absorbent paper and serve.
Using a deep fryer: set the cooking temperature to 180° C. Once the desired temperature has been reached, submerge the Ascolana stuffed olives into the hot oil for approximately three minutes and until you have obtained a perfect golden colour. Before serving place on an absorbent paper to drain and allow to rest for approximately one minute. This product does not contain OGM.
