Seafood Stew " Brodetto"

Description:

From the Marche region’s cuisine, it is a local favourite recipe for seafood stew containing deboned fish. Ready in only six minutes.

Coocking instructions:

Using a frying pan: Heat two tablespoons extra virgin olive oil in a large sauce pan. When the oil is hot add the frozen contents of the bag directly into the pan and allow to cook for five minutes at medium heat and until the product is completely thawed and begins to boil. While cooking you can personalize the stew to your liking adding minced parsley.
