Using a frying pan: Heat 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil in a large sauce pan. Add the frozen paella and allow to cook for 5-7 minutes at medium to high heat and until the product is completely thawed and begins to boil. While cooking you can personalize the stew to your liking adding some of the following ingredients: fresh diced tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, ground pepper or hot chilli powder.
