Vol au Vent

Description:

Vol au Vent of fragrant puff pastry to form of daisy wheel. Easy to cook and to stuff

Coocking instructions:

Using a deep fryer: Prepare the vol au vent frozen in abuttered baking-pan and to anoint with yolk of egg. Bake in the oven at 180°-200°C for 20/22 minutes. Stuff and serve.
