Using a frying pan: submerge the frozen super stuffed tenders in a frying pan containing hot cooking oil and cook for approximately three minutes per side. Once finished cooking, remove from heat, drain, and allow to rest covered with absorbent paper for two minutes prior to serving.
Using a deep fryer:place the frozen Super Stuffed Tenders in a oven-proof baking dish or buttered baking pan and garnish with butter or margarine shavings. Or you can choose to top in cooking cream, béchamel or tomato sauce to your liking; sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 200° C for approximately twenty minutes. If you are using a convection oven then the cooking time is reduced to fifteen minutes.
