Mussels sauce

Description:

Seafood based entre sauce containing frozen seafood, tomatoes, shelled and precooked Chilean mussels, shelled and non-shelled mussels, water, tomato, tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, clam broth (clam broth, water, salt), parsley, onions, garlic, wheat flower, salt, pepper and hot chili pepper.


Coocking instructions:

Using a frying pan: Boil water, add salt and pasta or rice (approximately 320grams). Add the frozen package contents to a large pan. Add three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for pasta or 35 grams of butter for the rice and allow to cook for approximately 6-7 minutes. Once the pasta or rice is cooked “al dente” then drain and add to the sauce. Toss over a vigorous flame stirring well until the desired consistency and serve.
