Seafood Stew

Description:

Whole or cut fish, cleaned and frozen shellfish. Mullet, Octopus, Cuttlefish from the Indian-Pacific ocean, monk fish tail, natural clam broth.

Coocking instructions:

Using a frying pan: In a large pan sauté oil and a garlic clove, shortly after, adding tomatoes, salt, pepper and cooking all for approximately fifteen minutes. While cooking add wine and the clam broth. Add the baby octopus and cuttlefish, which much cook for approximately twenty minutes. Follow by adding the more robust fish finishing with adding the more delicate ones. Allow to cook approximately another twelve minutes and serve with toasted bread slice.
