Description:

Seafood based entre sauce containing frozen seafood, tomatoes, Atlantic squid, non-shelled mussels, shelled prawns, shelled clams, sunflower seed oil, precooked prawn tails from the Indian-Pacific ocean, water, white wine, parsley, onion, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, spices, hot chili pepper.

Coocking instructions:

Using a frying pan: Boil water, add salt and pasta or rice (approximately 320grams). Add the frozen package contents to a large pan. Add three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for pasta or 35 grams of butter for the rice and allow to cook for approximately 6-7 minutes. Once the pasta or rice is cooked “al dente” then drain and add to the sauce. Toss over a vigorous flame stirring well until the desired consistency and serve.
