Preparation consisting of pitted green olives and a cooked meat based stuffing, mortadella, cheese, spices, battered, breaded and frozen.
Coocking instructions:
Using a frying pan: Pour enough oil that will completely cover the product and heat to 170°Celsius. Submerge the frozen Ascolana stuffed olives and cook at medium heat for approximately six minutes turning often to obtain a perfect golden colour. Allow to stand for a minute covered in absorbent paper and then serve.
Using a deep fryer:Using a deep fryer: set the cooking temperature to 180° C. Once the temperature has been reached submerge the Ascolana stuffed olives into the hot oil for approximately three minutes and until you have obtained a perfect golden colour. Before serving place on absorbent paper to drain and allow to rest for approximately one minute.
