Using a frying pan: Submerge the frozen Mozzarella bits in a pan containing a generous amount of boiling oil. In order to maintain the oil temperature constant, add the mozzarella bits a few at a time. Cook for two minutes turning with a cooking spoon until the desired golden colour. Remove from oil, drain and allow to rest on absorbent paper for two minutes.
Using a deep fryer: Set the temperature at 170°C. Once the temperature has be reached submerge the mozzarella bits in the hot oil for approximately two minutes and cook until the desired golden colour. Drain and allow to rest on absorbent paper for two minutes. Serve immediately.
