Vegetable portions: zucchini, artichokes, cauliflower, broccoli, thin mushrooms, dipped in batter, breaded and frozen.

Using a frying pan: pour enough oil that will completely cover the product and heat to 170°Celsius. Submerge the frozen vegetables and cook at medium heat for approximately six minutes turning often to obtain a perfect golden colour. Allow to stand for a minute covered in absorbent paper and then serve.
Using a deep fryer: set the cooking temperature to 180° C. Once the temperature has been reached submerge the mixed vegetables into the hot oil for approximately three minutes and until you have obtained a perfect golden colour. Before serving place on an absorbent paper to drain and allow to rest for approximately one minute.
