Using a frying pan: heat a generous amount of sunflower seed oil. Add the frozen croquette and cook at low heat for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning frequently. Remove the croquette from the oil and place on absorbent paper. Allow to rest for one minute covered with absorbent paper and serve.
Using a deep fryer: Submerge the frozen croquette into a generous amount of boiling oil and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden colour.
