How to cook
Heat over high heat in a frying pan with plenty of oil (at least 5 cm). When the oil is hot, add the Anelli alla romana still frozen a little at a time so as not to lower the cooking temperature too much. Cook for 5 minutes turning the product gently with a kitchen scoop until smooth browning. Drain the product on paper towels and let it rest for a minute; add a pinch of salt before serving.
