Pour the still frozen Linguine allo scoglio into a sufficiently large pan. Add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 2 tablespoons of water. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Then gently turn and stir the nests and let them cook for another 4 minutes until the desired degree of doneness. The optimal cooking time is about 7 minutes.
