Pour the still frozen Mezze Maniche with seafood into a sufficiently large pan. Add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 2 tablespoons of water. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Then gently stir and mix the Mezze Maniche and let it cook for another 3 minutes until the desired level of doneness. The optimal cooking time is about 6 minutes.
