Pour the frozen ricotta and spinach ravioli into a sufficiently large pan. Add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 2 tablespoons of water. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Then gently turn and stir the ravioli and let them cook for another 3 minutes until the desired degree of cooking is reached. The optimal cooking time is about 6 minutes.
