Pour the still frozen product into a large pan, adding 2 tablespoons of oil and 30g of water. Cook for the first 2 minutes over moderate heat with the pan covered, stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and finish cooking over high heat until the desired degree of doneness is reached. The optimal cooking time is about 5-6 minutes.
